Fullers Foods was founded in 1876 at the heart of Leeds.
Mr Harry Fuller started a market stall there, selling a selection of fruit and vegetables in 1876. The same year Marks & Spencer started their stall was started in Leeds market by Michael Marks. Following a long and successful tenure in the markets during the 1960’s, Fullers started diversifying into new categories and began sourcing and distributing frozen foods around the region.
The business evolved over the years into a retailer own branded food business with extensive expertise in product sourcing, supply chain, product development & technical management.

At the time the business was turning over £18m in difficult times. During the following 22 years Adam & Jason grew the business year on year, being recognised in the Sunday Times 100 Profits fast track climbing from 71st in 2019 to 8th in 2021.
During their ownership the company expanded further in frozen foods.
Fullers Food became a supplier to major UK supermarkets and the food service industry becoming the largest privately owned wholesale frozen food and distribution business in the UK.
They stayed true to their Leeds businesses routes, having moved from the markets to a bespoke coldstore and warehouse property in Leeds Cross Green Industrial Estate and then more recently to a headquarters building in Park Square.
In 2022, Jason Fuller and his co-CEO Adam Fuller, engaged in a sale to a group of private investors. Under their co-leadership, Fullers Foods had achieved revenues of £420 million. Brown Butler, an accountancy firm, and DJP Advisory advised on the sale. The company supplied retailers such as M&S, Asda, Morrison’s, Tesco, and Aldi. In 2023, the Yorkshire Post ranked the brothers as the 37th richest people in Yorkshire,.
